Ms. Allocco joined Nedder & Associates in 2017. She specializes in civil litigation and represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation lawsuits. As a result, she has a broad understanding of litigation and how to individually represent her clients in Connecticut Superior Court as well as in pre-litigation stages.
Ms. Allocco is a graduate of New York University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree at the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in English and American Literature and minoring in Law and Society. As an undergraduate student, she worked at New York University School of Law under the former Dean and current Director of the American Law Institute. While in college, she was a summer legal intern at Day Pitney. Ms. Allocco then earned her J.D. at New England School of Law in Boston, MA.
During and after law school, Ms. Allocco clerked for plaintiffs’ personal injury firms in New York City and Connecticut specializing in personal injury litigation. She became very familiar with the day-to-day needs of clients during this time. Ms. Allocco subsequently worked as an Associate Attorney for several years practicing workers’ compensation and civil litigation insurance defense. There, she successfully litigated numerous cases in the worker’s compensation forum and represented clients as the lead attorney at trial.
Ms. Allocco is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. She grew up in Madison, New Jersey and resides in Norwalk, Connecticut.
