Mr. Salerno concentrates on the areas of general corporate law, executive compensation, intellectual property and entertainment law. Prior to joining Nedder & Associates, he was Corporate Counsel at Leftfield Entertainment LLC. At Leftfield, he worked closely with executives, employee and talent agents, outside counsel and network representatives on a wide range of matters including contract negotiations, risk assessment, employment issues, compensation and benefits matters, intellectual property, union organization, collective bargaining, corporate governance and statutory interpretation. Prior to Leftfield, he was a criminal defense litigator where he was lead or co-counsel on over 25 trials and numerous motions. Mr. Salerno also has experience advising sports and entertainment professionals on contractual and intellectual property matters.
Mr. Salerno graduated from University of Connecticut School of Law where he was an executive editor editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and a competing member of the Moot Court Team. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, where he captained the Men’s Basketball and Football teams.
Mr. Salerno is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
